How do I place
an order?
Thank you for your interest in this First Tee of Michigan Merchandise
Collection. To place your order, simply click on the menu item “Order”.
You will be asked to insert contact information into a form. Once you
click on “Submit”, your information will be emailed to a Representative
who will contact you regarding the details of your order including price,
imprint location and delivery.
What are my logo imprint locations?
Imprint specifications vary by merchandise and supplier. Each product
offers an opportunity for co-branding with your logo. For example, you
may want to order polo-shirts with your logo embroidered on the left chest
and the First Tee of Michigan logo on the sleeve. For more information
on co-branding options, please click on the starburst at left.
Is the pricing shown on the website final?
No. These prices are estimates based on retail pricing. Once we determine
your quantity and imprint needs we can provide you with an accurate cost.
Price, shipping and delivery dates will be determined when you place your
order.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer and checks made out to:
Imperial Marketing, Inc. Our payment terms are Net 10.
Is there additional merchandise available other than what is shown
on the website?
Yes. Should you require merchandise other than what you see on our website,
please contact us and we will be happy to help you select the perfect
product for your needs and place a special order for you.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple-we want you to be happy with every order.
We will be happy to process your return if product is determined to be
defective or of sub-standard material or workmanship. Please contact your
customer service representative for details. The Customer Service Representative
will provide you with a return authorization number and a form that must
accompany the merchandise returned.

When will
I receive my items?
Typical production time is 7-10 business days after final approval of
artwork. Shipment of your order is contingent upon quantity ordered and
logo specifications.
