			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;">Imperial Marketing recently launched a major incentive activity for Chrysler Corporation involving 1,300 dealers and almost 4,000 participants across the country. “StarPerformers 21” is the culmination of 21 consecutive years of a program designed to train, motivate and reward Chrysler dealer business managers to increase sales of Chrysler Service Contracts to new and used car customers.</span></p>
<p>The program is completely turn-key for the client. Imperial designs, prints and distributes the announcement brochures to dealership personnel, home office management and field sales staffs. We developed a website that allows participant registration, tracks sales progress towards goals, displays award accrual and redemption and links to an extensive merchandise award base for fulfillment. The program headquarters website handles questions, displays the program rules and announces periodic spiff activities.</p>
<p>For Chrysler management, we’ve organized a dashboard approach to program information that provides instant access to an array of views that allow them several key overviews broken down by national, regional and local activity. It’s possible to monitor the program progress by sales, profitability and budget compliance with a keystroke. In addition, our continuous measurement makes post-program evaluation and research simple and instantaneous.</p>
