This individual must have strong closing skills and be willing to prospect. The candidate should have good phone skills, good listening skills and above-average problem-solving ability. Knowledge of the promotional products and recognition/reward industry would be helpful.
This individual must be comfortable working on a commission basis, where pay is based on performance.
